An online university would like to employ a Sales manager to start as soon as possible. This position will be virtual and the new employee can be based anywhere in South Africa. The university is rapidly expanding and the right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

An online university would like to employ a Sales manager to start as soon as possible. This position will be virtual and the new employee can be based anywhere in South Africa. The university is rapidly expanding and the right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Minimum requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Prior sales experience, ideally managing a team
Education-related sales will be highly advantageous
Immediately available to take on new employment
Reliable and fast internet connection

Duties:

Leading 12 advisors and motivate them to reach their target
Liaising with Telemarketing manager and marketing team

Manage sales targets
Quality control
Ensure adherence to SLA’s
Managing team schedules

Salary and other benefits: Basic + commission. Discount on tuition offered by this institution including earning your MBA for free.

Working hours: Monday to Friday and the last weekend of the month.
