SUMMARY:
Sales and Telemarketing position based in westville. This role involves leadership growth.

POSITION INFO:

In collaboration with your team you will be responsibilities for:

- Leading by example and operating with ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

- You will take ownership and be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets.

- As you progress, you will be responsible for mentoring, motivating, and leading your own sales team.

Essential Criteria:

Sales/Telesales/Retail sales experience

Leadership experience/skills

The ability to manage performance, motivate and coach others

Strong people and relationship building skills

Exceptional negotiating skills

Qualifications:

- Valid South African ID

- Matric or NQF equivalent
