POSITION INFO:

A fast grown establishment is seeking a driven problem solver, with a keen interest in sales and marketing, who is able to get things done with a high sense of urgency. The mission of the Sales and Marketing Assistant will be to provide sales, marketing, and administrative support to the overall organization and the regional Sales Managers. The overall measure of success will be based on the candidates'' ability to achieve job objectives and assignments accurately and according to agreed-upon deadlines, while managing ongoing tasks in an organized and timely manner. The sales and Marking Assistant will be responsible for (and not limited to) all aspects of sales administration for the sales team, training coordination support, marketing material creation, and social media account assistance

Objectives for this role:

• Sales Administration- including assistance with quotes, sales documentation, and sales reports. This will include working on CRM platforms.
• Marketing- evaluate current marketing content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Training Co-ordination and Support - manage and facilitate training programs which may include shows, webinars, customer training. Collate training materials, organize agendas, and book appropriate trainer or knowledge expert
• Event Co-ordination - plan and work with sales team to organize dealer meetings, distributor networking events, office events and more
• Trade Shows - assist in the coordination of regional trade shows which may include registrations, bookings, logistics, and organizing of presentations
• Social Media Management - manage social media platforms and post up-to-date, relevant, engaging content
• Newsletters- create and manage monthly newsletters to be sent to distributors and Applied Information network
• Sales Support - support sales team in day-to-day tasks while consistently working on new ways to streamline and improve product sales and distribution

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree in a Sales and/or Marketing background is essential
• 1 years Sales and Marketing experience in a similar role is essential
• Excellent command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in effective time management to meet tight deadlines /
• Adaptability - ability to adapt to new tasks within the role as it develops
• Proven ability to quickly learn and take on new tasks
• Recommended: experience using CRM platforms, such as SalesForce
• High energy levels, drive, and ability to problem solve timely, accurately, and with a positive attitude
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify problems and create solutions and processes to improve efficiencies in the company
• Experience in dealing with multiple group dynamics, and working with a wide range of teams within the company as well as the distribution network
• Experience with training and creating training content (presentations, formal documentation, and video creation and learning platform management)
