POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a sales support or executive function.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required.
• CRM experience including database management and process creation.
• Quarterly report writing skills required.
• Advanced skills in all office application software: word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, intranet, and database report writing.  

Duties

• Perform duties to provide administrative support services to the Management Team and Sales Representitives.
• Provides training, support, and troubleshooting of CRM system, as well as providing reports from CRM for sales management.
• Continous market assessment and data mining to provide focus areas for the sales team and strategic information for management.
• Administer our sales process through our CRM in order to accomplish the operational work associated with the role.
• Sales database (CRM) administration and support for sales management and sales force, i.e. troubleshooting, maintenance, reporting, entry as required, etc.
• Ensure customer records are accurate in all company systems.
• Compile and analyze company-wide and sales-related data.
• Ensure all documentation used by the Sales team are properly maintained to reflect current products and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with select customers, partners, external audiences, internal team.
• Respond to external business contacts at all levels inside or outside the organization in a collaborative and professional manner using judgment and discretion
• Act as liaison between sales management and global marketing personnel to execute sales activities (promotions, new products, etc).
• Prepare and assemble select marketing materials for Sales Team for distribution to distributor partners.
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Senior Director.
