SUMMARY:
Sales and Distribution Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma in Transport and Logistics or similar work experience

Requirements

Knowledge of shipping practices is a must have.
Logistical knowledge throughout Africa is a must have including Incoterms which are a set of rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts.
Internal sales experience is a must have.
Must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite of Products to the extent of Advance level.

Duties

Process client order through the Pronto system and be involved in planning and implementation of delivery schedules so that client deadlines are met.
Ensure all quotations, sales and stock movements are recorded in the Pronto management systems and that they are reviewed and processed in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of monthly sales reports for management and sales staff.
QHSE responsibilities.
