Sales and Customer Service Agent

POSITION INFO:

Introduction

Real Broadband Solutions is looking for an energetic and proactive Sales and Customer Service Agent that will provide professional customer service experience and a positive representation of the our brand when dealing with customers/stakeholders.

Duties

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Deliver optimal customer service to customers
• Monitor and continuously improve Customer service
• Deal with customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Share customer feedback with team members and the customer to ensure customer service is improved
• Take initiative in noting and addressing poor service delivery matters
• Treat existing and potential customers contacting the company in a professional and polite manner.
• Obtain sufficient knowledge of Operations within the company to be able to resolve queries correctly and within the agreed SLA.
• Will be required to perform sales telephonically and occasionally direct sales.
• Calling customers and confirming service orders to ensure that all relevant information has been captured correctly.

MANAGE ALL INCOMING QUERIES

• Log all incoming requests/queries irrespective of channel of submission
• Offer first line support and resolution to all customers and other stakeholders
• Route all second line queries to the relevant business partners.
• Follow up on all open cases on a daily basis
• Answer correspondence accurately and professionally
• Where necessary, research required information using available resources
• Provide product and service information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and identify and escalate priority issues 
• Build collaborative relationships with team and business partners to ensure achievement of objectives

 Qualifications and requirements

Grade 12

Must have own vehicle. (Non-negotiable)

Experience

• Customer service experience
• Customer service principles and best practices
• Administration and work flow processes

Experience in the Fibre To The Home Space will be advantageous.

Remuneration:

Basic Salary plus commission which will be discussed in the interview.
