Sales and Administrative Assistant - Western Cape - Boland area

POSITION INFO:

Our cliënt in the Automotive Industry is urgently looking to employ a Sales & Administratrive Assistant.

Role Objective:

To assist the admin department and accountant on a daily basis with administrative tasks with regards to creditors, reconciliations and all other duties for a productive and streamlined administrative department.
To assist sales department with stock controlling duties for a productive and streamlined sales admin department
To assist the retailer with a CRM and marketing function focussed on administrative tasks to assist sales and aftersales.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in marketing/admin/finance woud be a bonus
Min. of 3-5 years experience in Vehicle Retail Dealership in a general administrative role
Experience in manageing and leading sales campaigns
Exposure to managing debots and creditors essential
Working knowledge of Accounts processes
MS Office
Kerridge/Autoline
