SUMMARY:
Our Midrand client is looking for a Sales Support Manager with 5 years sales management experience to manage the sales on achieving sales targets.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12;
5 years’ experience in IT sales management
High Achiever- proven target achievement required
Analytical thinking and decision making;
Business Acumen and action orientation;
Drive for Results, composure and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that the Department conforms to the company quality system procedures as documented ;
Co-ordinate the planning, organizing and implementing of sales programs;
Co-ordinate and manage commissions;
Management of internal staff within the team;
Submitting weekly/monthly reports regarding sales, quotes, orders, etc.
Building a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives
