POSITION INFO:

My Client based in Kempton Park is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ensure all information on invoices are correct before giving managers to sign
• Open deal files and filing of documents
• Record invoiced vehicle information daily
• Releasing of vehicle stock into Evolve system
• Compilation and distribution of daily master reports
• Compile daily sales spreadsheets by Dealer/Branch and by model, customer stats
• Check stock quantity and update stock status daily
• Issueing of pro-forma invoices to dealers and branches
• Issueing of invoices to dealers and branches
• RSA sales statistics by model by dealer
• Export sales statistics
• Issuing of Orders to the suppliers and closing of orders
• Check the suppiers statement every month
• Management of all export suppliers and invoicing
• Management of outsourced supplier payments
• Provide pricing information and dealer billing price
• Analyze branch and dealer performance

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 - 3 Years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales
• At least 1 - 3 Years’ as sales administrator
• Knowledge of Automate, CRM and Evolve Essential
