Sales Support Analyst

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the automotive industry based in Uitenhage is looking for an experienced Sales Support Analyst (SAP experience).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• Maintain Pricing in SAP for PBU and COB and ensure that all pricing has relevant sign off and approval fully documented.
• Sales reporting & analysing of sales performance.
• Collect, maintain, analyse & distribute sell out & sell in pricing to support key pricing strategy decisions.
• Incentive target setting and tracking

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES TEAM SUPPORT

• Prepare and distribute reports, analysis, incentive targets and tracking
• Assist Sales team with queries relating to Sales, targets and incentives

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

• Develop and maintain reports, analytical tools and dashboards to assist PBU management team in running the business
• Compliance Testing (SOX)

SAP PROCESSES:

• Ensure Pricing in SAP is updated accurately & timeously, as per request from Pricing Manager Customer accruals and sales targets
• Customer hierarchy maintenance
• Upload Accounts Business Plans

MONTH END PROCEDURES:

• Assist with setup, review & processing of Rebate Agreements
• Monthly Rebate reconciliations (Sales Bonus / Incentives / NRSC levies)

CUSTOMER CONTRACTS UPLOAD AND MAINTENANCE :

• Manage Customer sales target agreements and tracking thereof
• Calculate customer rebates/incentives & process in SAP

Experience

• Experience in preferably Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in above

Knowledge & Skills:

• Office (Excel / Powerpoint), SAP, EDW, CRM – proven Excel level of proficiency - HIGH
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven strong Analytical capabilities
• Strong communication skills and report writing ability,
• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision,
• Team player

Qualifications:

• Business Diploma/Degree or Financial equivalent
