Essential to have Truck/Commercial and Earthmover/OTR external (cold calling) sales experience with existing customer base in respective towns.

Company vehicle on which perks tax is payable.

Company cellphone and computer.

Monthly commission structure in place if monthly sales targets are met and market share/customer base is increased incrementally.
