POSITION INFO:
My client is well known manufacturer that specializes in construction is seeking a New Business Development Sales Representative. Their manufacturing processes are based on sound environmental practices, designed to lessen the impact of our business on the environment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales preferably in the building and construction related field. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, new business development, maintain and service existing clients, ensure that projected sales targets are met, competitor analysis, monthly sales reporting, problem solving and investigate claims.
Minimum qualification requirements and skills:
- At least 5 – 7 years within a Sales Representative role
- Must have a proven track record of new business development
- Manufacturing, construction, or mining industry experience
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans
- Solid negotiating skills
