Sales Representative (motor vehicle spare parts)

SUMMARY:

Sell various motor vehicle spare parts to spare shops, Workshops ,Engineers and members (B2B) and provide product specific information as required.

To assist in executing the wholesale channel strategy of realising a business contribution of 15% in turnover and 13% in gross profit

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

-          Build long-term relationships with account & Cash customers.

Working Optimally With Wholesale Customers (Interpersonal):

-          Obtain information about client needs and identifying suitable products and offerings

-          Identify new customers and follow up on opening of new accounts

-          Communicate new products and offerings to clients

-          Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and service purchased

-          Reporting customers’ reactions and requirements to Sales Manager and Sales Team

Leading The Market By Implementing Wholesale Customer Focussed Value Propositions:

-          Quote prices and credit terms, record orders and arrange deliveries

-          Solicit orders and sell vehicle parts to wholesale clients.

-          Cross-sell and upsell to wholesale clients

-          Obtain information about, monitor and analyse market trends and conditions and analyse  the company versus competitors’ products and services to identify opportunities and address threats

-          Monitor progress against sales targets daily, analyse deviations and put corrective measures in place.

Minimum of 5 years’sales representative experience in the automotive wholesale spare part industry

• Relevant higher certificate
• Relevant diploma or advanced certificate
• Extensive travelling in a particular region.
• Extensive Knowledge in all aspects of engine spares in particular Engine parts.

Valid driver''s license and own reliable transport
