SUMMARY:
My client a manufacturer of mattresses and foam products, is looking for a Sales rep with industry experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB PURPOSE

To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers within the Independent Retail Division relating to finished mattress sets. Sales Representative will assist the customer in understanding the company’s products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

o Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and/or relevant experience o At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales/ Brand Ambassador environment o Experienced with data, complaint and/or order capturing systems (Syspro, etc.)
