Sales Representative (Witbank - Emalahleni)

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

vExecute plans to service existing and new customers and meet agreed annual sales plan.

vImplement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and company standards and procedures are met.

vDevelop and improve customer base, market share and sales.

vManage self to improve personal effectiveness.

Skills and Experience Required:

vStrong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.

vGood interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator/entrepreneur at management level.

vEffective communication, selling and negotiating skills.

vAbility to work independently as a self-starter/entrepreneur within the companies team with own existing customer base.

vA passion to succeed in a challenging environment.

vA minimum of 5 years in the OTR/Earthmover and Commercial/Truck tyre industry.

Qualification Required:

vGrade 12 (Matric) plus IMM diploma would be an advantage.

vValid Code 08 driver’s Licence.

vPreference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates.
