Sales Representative (Tyre industry)

SUMMARY:
Our client in Steelpoort is currently looking for a Tyre Sales representative

POSITION INFO:

Core Purpose:-

To service existing customer accounts to ensure customer needs identified are met, customer service excellence is maintain, and to identify and obtain new business.

 

Key Performance Areas:-

1. Execute plans to service customers and meet agreed annual sales plan.
2. Implement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and standards and procedures are met.
3. Develop and improve customer base and sales.
4. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

 
Skills and experience required:-

• Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behavior at all times.
  • Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at Management level.
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the team.
  • A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the OTR and Commercial tyre industry or

5 Years sales representative experience in a similar environment.
