SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to join an International FMCG company. The role will entail training in field sales in order to equip you with necessary skills to become a Sales Representative for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
Manage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (orders, payments ect)
Ensure products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customer outlets
Ensure merchandising (visibility of the brands) in the customer outlets
Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets
Closely monitor actions of the competition

Requirements

B.Com Marketing Management degree essential (will consider National Diploma if further studies are planned - this is a requirement due to the future development plans)
Drivers License
Afrikaans
Basic knowledge of PC or potential to acquire it
Persuasiveness and selling ability
Verbal ability and communication skills
Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
Ability to manage self and territory
Strong achievement orientation.
