SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to join an International FMCG company. The role will entail training in field sales in order to equip you with necessary skills to become a Sales Representative for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
  • Manage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (orders, payments ect)
  • Ensure products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customer outlets
  • Ensure merchandising (visibility of the brands) in the customer outlets
  • Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets
  • Closely monitor actions of the competition

Requirements
  • B.Com Marketing Management degree essential (will consider National Diploma if further studies are planned - this is a requirement due to the future development plans)
  • Drivers License
  • Afrikaans
  • Basic knowledge of PC or potential to acquire it
  • Persuasiveness and selling ability
  • Verbal ability and communication skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
  • Ability to manage self and territory
  • Strong achievement orientation.
