SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Build strong, trust relationships with current customers.
*Build the Selpal and supplier brands through focused execution.
*Comply with call cycles and related procedures by accurately recording every visit on the Field Sales platform.
*Sell product to customers.
*Optimize stores trading in assigned territory to be at required %.
*Achieve monthly total sales target.
*Drive direct deposits in all outlets.
*Daily cash collections within stores in accordance with company policy.
*Daily cash deposits in accordance with company policy.
*Zero overdue deposits daily.
*Strictly comply with all company policies.

Qualifications

*Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
*Valid Driver’s License, own reliable vehicle & willingness to travel.
*Proven experience in a target driven sales environment.
*3 – 5 years FMCG experience with focus on township markets.
*Proven computer literacy with working knowledge on Field Sales platform/s.
