SUMMARY:
HVAC Sales Representative Cleveland JHB R 25 000 per month, Tool of trade vehicle, Commission: % of gross profit; first three months guaranteed, thereafter performance / result driven, Company does not offer retirement funding or medical aid, 15 days leave per year; mandatory leave over festive season due to annual shutdown

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Purpose of position:

• To increase the company’s market share with Contractors, Wholesale and retail sectors; to establish, nurture and maintain profitable relationships with existing and new customers in these markets in Gauteng and to assist the sales team nationally.

Key Performance Areas:

• Generating leads
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Negotiate contracts with prospects turned clients
• Help determine pricing on quotes, promotions, and contracts
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Guide and assist the sales team to gain HVAC business
• Provide technical support on HVAC products to the sales team

Educational Qualification requirement:

• Matric
• HVAC training courses

Experience required:

• Incumbent must have at least three years’ experience in the Refrigeration market.
• Experience in the contractors, wholesale and retail sectors.
