Sales Representative - Packaging

SUMMARY:
A minimum of three years experience in sales with a solid technical background preferably from the chemical packaging industry

POSITION INFO:

• Experienced with a number of systems, an expert in at least one area, and working knowledge of a number of other areas of specialization.
• Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power-Point). Previous 
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Promote the services of company  superior destruction technology to the chemical packaging industry
• Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.
• Influencing existing or potential customers to buy our services.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Uphold the company image and retain confidentiality at all times.

• Handle complaints or objections.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Prepare and present sales contracts.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Marketing - Preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions.
• Customize service solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for growing the business through obtaining new clients.
• Establishing and securing new business.
• Liaise and meet with new/potential clients.
• Contacting potential clients and reaching out to customer leads through cold calls and emails.
• Presenting our company and the services that it provides to potential clients.
