Sales Representative (EE/AA) - Transport

SUMMARY:
A premium service provider specializing in Rigging & Transport is requiring a Sales Representative for the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure business from new and existing customers.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with (potential) customers.
• Develop and realize a sales plan which in line with the strategy.
• Monitor and analyse the performance and progress on all sales, applications and contracts.
• Coordinate, execute, maintain and-or improve administrative activities and systems.
• Attend and participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate /National Diploma or Relevant Degree

Knowledge / Skills:

• Experience in the Transport Industry.
• Experience in Heavy/Abnormal Transport (Advantageous).
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Customer Service practices.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience
