JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

vProven work experience as a sales representative.

vExcellent knowledge of MS Office.

vHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

vExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

vPrioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

vAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

vRelationship management skills and openness to feedback.

vBSc/BA/BCom degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage.

vOwn car essential.

Responsibilities:

vLearn the tutoring service packages and digital products offered.

vPresent, promote and sell tutor services and digital products to prospective clients through cold calling, email, social media platforms and traditional forms of marketing (pamphlets/brochures).

vEstablish, develop and maintain positive relationships with schools and other potential business partners to ensure future sales.

vMonitor sales numbers.

vCompose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.

v“Go the extra mile” to drive sales.

vMaintain and update sales records.

vDevelop monthly sales report.

vCommunicate important feedback from customers internally.

vAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timelines.

vSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

vOrganize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.

vIdentify new potential clients.

vSuggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

vOrganizing and hosting presentations and client visits.

vAssisting with promotional activities.
