Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma is Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering - preferred
  • 2 to 4 years related sales experience is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Valid Code 08 drivers licence

KPAs:

  • Building sound customer relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Technical advice and training – including presentations.
  • Checking of batteries, voltages and SG’s.
  • Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts.
  • Soliciting new customers.
  • Handling of customer complaints and queries.
  • Management of budgets – sales and expenses.
  • Follow-up on deliveries
