Sales Representative

We are hiring!!

Starting position for 1st 3 months as an *Internal Sales Consultant*

Salary: Starting at R7 000 per month + Petrol Contribution of R2 000 per month + Laptop + Cellphone + 5% Commission after target is reached + Back Office support

You will get intense sales training for the 1st 3 months to see where your strengths lie – to identify in which parts of sales you would flourish in, develop your strong points and there will be opportunities to move over to certain areas within sales

No office hours as long as targets are met
No Micro-management
Potential to make more than only a basic salary for hard workers
Back Office support to assist with cold calling and general administration

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Previous sales experience would be a huge advantage
Excellent listening skills and ability to think fast and come up with solutions
Must be comfortable to speak to people face to face and telephonically
Hard working and go-getting type of person
Well-groomed
Driver’s license and own car
Excellent communication skills
Ideal person would want to build a long-term career within sales and wants to grow within a firm
Must have integrity

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Phoning potential clients from leads that have been generated
Doing face-face client visits and building long-lasting relationships with current new clients
Making sure clients’ needs are met and that they are always happy
Doing quotes, follow-ups, and invoicing
Handling complaints and turning them into a positive
Closing deals
Full function sales duties
