SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their national growing concern based in Port Elizabeth.

Required to look after an existing client base as well as meeting targets for new business set out by management. To maintain and grow current business from a regional perspective, identify and respond to new business opportunities pro-actively as to ensure growth, and set a high standard for excellent customer service and for the brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Facilitate achievement of agreed targets in the region and by always driving sales performance
Report to Commercial Manager, changes in strategic direction, structures, and operating models in order to ensure transparent communication and effective operation within the region
Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market
Ensure that all operations are in line with the company’s policies
Prepare monthly and quarterly annual forecasts
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Accountability for GP margins and targets

Requirements:

Tertiary Sales and Marketing diploma/degree advantageous
Matric certificate
5+ years’ experience within the petroleum industry/external sales experience
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Must have valid drivers licence
