POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

2+ years’ experience within the same or similar role
Technical, Building, Construction and/or Kitchen Design industry experience would be preferred
Intermediate to advance in Excel with basic accounting skills
Strong personality and must be presentable as you will be the face of the Company
Working hours from 07:15 – 16:30 from Monday to Thursday, Friday 07:15 -15:00
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Must have a valid driver’s license as person will visit clients with company car
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with clients directly and ability to build relationships

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Handling all quotes and orders from start to finish
Handling client queries and do follow ups (after sales service)
Assisting walk-in clients
Answering telephones - Taking thorough messages over the phone
Handling Debtors
Follow up on payments (debtors)
Visiting clients 1 to 2 days per week (company car will be used for client visits)
