Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Transport Industry specialises in abnormal and general loads transport, rigging and machine moving as well as mobile crane truck hire and forklift hire. They are seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling services and expertise, focusing on maintaining customer relationships, business development and sales targets.

POSITION INFO:
Position: Sales Representative

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Salary: Basic & Commission

Primary Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for selling services and expertise, focusing on maintaining customer relationships, business development and sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements):

• Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience.
• Experience in the Transport Industry (Must have).
• Experience in Heavy/Abnormal Transport (Advantageous).  
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Customer Service practices.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.

• Trailers: Multi-Axle – Yellow Metal (Mining) & Extendible load beds.
• Rigging: Normal & Abnormal Transport.
