Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
This large international organisation requires the expertise of a top Sales person with strong technical sales background.  A Technical Sales background ideally in compressor sales, particularly low pressure applications would be ideal.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Previous technical sales experience required – Experience in compressor sales will be a benefit.
• Good understanding of all low-pressure applications, processes and requirements is key to this position.
• Skills to develop and promote all products with a major key focus on developing and growing the low-pressure market. Increase market share by covering the market more effectively.
• Good understanding and involvement to follow the sales process from lead generation to equipment delivery/operation.
• Area/territory, able to develop territory through effective management.
• Self-time management.
• Computer literacy.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Team player.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to success through self-study of the company products.
• Willing to travel as and when required.

• Sale of all Low-Pressure Compressor Technique products or any other company products that might be required.
• Maintain and increase market share of designed areas.
• Identify all Low-Pressure and applications, new and old within South Africa.
• To meet targets set out for designated area.
• Promote company image, service, spares and sales.
• Service Distributors in designated area to support the comapny Low Pressure products.
• Develop and explore new channels to market including but not limited to distributors and re-sellers.
• Liaise with Business Managers, Distributors, Product Managers, Logistics and Service on latest products and technology trends.
• To conduct business within company guidelines.
• To support sales through the effective provision of sales data including the timely recording of visits and action reports and analysis of sales performance against target.
