Successful candidate will be meeting with shops owners / managers in the Langa, Ottery, Claremont and Grassy Park areas and promotes, sell and deliver goods that fall under the company''s flag.

Salary breakdown as follows:

The salary package

TCTC is 10k with an opportunity to earn an additional monthly incentive of up to 4.3k pm performance based.

• Basic Salary of R5225.00
• Travel allowance of R4000.00
• Medical cover - Momentum Health 416.00 (if currently not on any medical cover)
• Provident fund of R550.00 both individual & company contribution
• Cell phone allowance of R500.00

Will also look after currnet client database.

Must be target driven and strong sales ability.

The purpose of the Role is to implement the Tier 3, Sub-D / Main Market strategy at retail level. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure targeted Coverage, Sales, Distribution and Retail Presence Objectives are met. The channel is a must win channel and of strategic importance to the Company and its principals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistent development and updating of the Retail Outlet Universe Data base.
• Consistent achieving of Coverage, Sales, Numeric Distribution & In Store Communication objectives.
• Achieving of the Trade coverage plan.
• On time reporting and completion of daily Administration Objectives.
• Implementation of all merchandising initiatives according to determined standards.
• Responsible for all company resources on a daily basis i.e. Vehicles, POS, Merchandising material, stock, mobile phone.
• The implementation of promotions when applicable.
• Field any trade related issues or queries at store level.
• Provide ongoing market intelligence to management.
