156K - 180K Basic and Uncapped Commission! Our leading client in the Electronic and Power space is looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of +/- 8- 10 years’ experience in sales (preferably in the electrical solutions industry)
• Must come from the construction industry with own car, petrol is paid.
• Must have good understanding of Electricity, Electrical Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Electrical Power Quality (Very Important)
• Must have extensive experience in cold calling, referrals, cross and up-selling.

Duties include:

• Cold calling in targeted market segments
• Understand customer requirements to promote the sale of solutions offered by the company.
• Sell electrical energy efficiency and electrical power quality solutions.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess and customize solutions for each customer.
• Perform technical presentations that explain products and solutions to customers and prospective customers.
• Grow company sales.
• Effectively manage a formal referral system.
• Management of all won/lost deals to improve sales performance.
• Proactively identify changes and give feedback on existing market and competitive pressures and to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, agreed with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Grade 12 / Any Tertiary Qualification.
