POSITION INFO:

Sales Representative

Area: Mpumalanga (Nelspruit and Steelpoort)

Package: Negotiable up to R----- P/A plus Company vehicle, computer, cell phone & commission

Purpose: Our client is a leading tyre distributor and is looking for candidates to service existing customer accounts to ensure customer needs identified are met, customer service excellence is maintained, and to identify and obtain new business.

Key Performance Areas:

Execute plans to service customers and meet agreed annual sales plan.
Implement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and rubber and associated standards and procedures are met.
Develop and improve rubber and associated industry customer base and sales.
Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

Skills and experience required:

Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.
Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at Management level.
Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the branch team.
A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
A minimum of 5 years in the Commercial and Agricultural Tyre industry or 5 Years sales representative experience in a similar environment.

Qualification required:

Grade 12 (Matric) plus IMM diploma would be an advantage.
Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
Areas: Witbank, Steelpoort, Nelspruit
