Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client in thw Witbank area is currently looking for a Sales Representative.

POSITION INFO:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – WITBANK, STEELPOORT, POLOKWANE, NELSPRUIT

Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates are invited in respect of the above position.  The successful candidate will report to the Business Manager.

Core Purpose:-

To service existing customer accounts to ensure customer needs identified are met, customer service excellence is maintain, and to identify and obtain new business.

Key Performance Areas:-

1. Execute plans to service customers and meet agreed annual sales plan.
2. Implement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and TrenTyre standards and procedures are met.
3. Develop and improve Trentyre customer base and sales.
4. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

Skills and experience required:-

• Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behavior at all times.
  • Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at Management level.
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the TrenTyre team.
  • A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the OTR, Commercial and Agricultural tyre industry or
  • 5 Years sales representative experience in a similar environment.

Qualification required:-

• Grade 12 (Matric) plus IMM diploma would be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
