Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client, a market leader, requires a dynamic, determined and results driven sales person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in the electrical compressor sector with competency on MS Office and CRM system. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a technical qualifications would be advantageous. A passport for international travel is essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, economics / technical qualifications would be advantageous.
• Must have an in depth understanding of the sales process as well as a dynamic and superb interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a compressed air sales role will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in electrical compressor sector including pistons, oil injected screw, refrigerant dryers, desiccant dryers, filtration, oil free applications, nitrogen and oxygen generators is essential.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM system.
• Must be dynamic, determined and results driven with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s licence and passport for possible local and international travel will be required.
• Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, economics / technical qualifications would be advantageous.
• Must be able to generate leads and meet sales goals.
• Must be a Team Player

• Duties will include sales presentations, product sizing, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
• Lead generation and achieving KPI’s as set out in agreed sales targets as well as timeous submission of all sales reports.
• Contract preparation and negotiation for all prospective orders.
• Territory management as well as determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations within agreed guidelines.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing campaigns and identify prospective clients with the aim to grow our distributor.
• network using strong presentations skills.
• Continually building relationships with new and existing clients whilst promoting products and services.
• Understanding, supporting and promoting company programs through known channels.
• Maintaining and updating databases on CRM and supporting the credit management process for all revenues generated.
