Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client, a retailer and a wholesaler in the pool industry is on the lookout for a dynamic and target driven Sales Representatives that will be based either in the Rustenburg or Pretoria Area.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric.
• At least 1-2 years of Sales experience.
• Computer literate.
• Must have a great personality and drive to succeed in challenging but achievable targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Present, promote and sell products to potential and existing client.
• Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyse the market’s potential target group.
• Stay up to date with promotional trends and customer needs.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Additional:

• Commission is based on Incentives and subject to reaching targets.
• Employment will be based on a three-month contract, and based on the successful completion of the probation, permanent employment will be extended.
