SUMMARY:
Concrete / Civils co is looking for an experienced Sales Rep to look after their Nelspruit region.

POSITION INFO:

Leading Concrete / Construction / Civils Group is looking for a Sales Rep with experience in the building / civil field to market and sell their product line in the Nelspruit area. Person must reside in or near to that area.

Educational:

Matric/ Sales/Marketing qualification an advantage

Required experience:

4 years Sales experience.
Customer service.
Sales planning, Forecasts, market analysis.
Product and market knowledge.
Presentation skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent people skills and conflict resolution.
Technical knowhow and ability to act fast.
Computer literacy.
Valid code 08 drivers licence.

Key duties:

Plan, organize, implement and control sales function.
General Sales.
Report and administer sales in the region.
Responsible for efficient and correct delivery of products.
Increase and maintain current customers.
Responsible for market and product surveys.
Liaise with production and the Factory.

Personal characteristics:

Dynamic, self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial skills.
Target and quality driven.
Able to deal with pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels.
Good team player.
Honesty, integrity and drive.
