POSITION INFO:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base, build strong client relationships, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-disciplined, and able to work independently while managing a designated sales territory

Job Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales
A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field will be advantageous
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the stationery or related industry
Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential (must have own reliable car)
