URGENT VACANCY

Job Summary

A well-established industrial and engineering services company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow its customer base within the manufacturing and production sectors. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to understand engineering requirements, and a customer-focused approach to delivering effective solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, production, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Provide technical sales support to clients within the steel, engineering, manufacturing, and printing industries
Interpret and understand technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders to ensure successful conversion
Liaise closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate order execution
Deliver a high level of customer service and after-sales support
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

Skills & Requirements

Proven technical sales experience within an industrial environment
Background or exposure to the steel industry (essential)
Experience within the printing industry (advantageous)
Engineering or manufacturing background
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
