Job Purpose
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, visits, referrals, and networking.

Sell the company’s products or services by presenting features, benefits, and value propositions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management

Market Research & Reporting

Administrative & Operational Tasks

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous).
Experience
- 1–3+ years in a sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools or sales systems is beneficial.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (if field-based role).
