SUMMARY:
Sales Representative
Our client, specialising in waste management services, based in the Northen Suburbs of Johannesburg, is seeking a resilient Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should be driven by sales and should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
2+ years in a similar position.
Must have own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
Willingness to cold call daily.
Must encompass excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Additional: Basic salary provided as well as commission on existing and new sales.

Roles and responsibilities:

Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and strategic networking initiatives.
Promote and sell products and services to potential clients by presenting compelling value propositions and tailored solutions.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business and future sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads and customer referrals in a timely and professional manner to maximise conversion.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance benchmarks within defined timelines.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and enhance overall service delivery.
Deliver regular updates and reports on client needs, challenges, interests, market trends, and competitive insights.
Embrace continuous learning by actively engaging in product training and integrating feedback into sales approaches.
Represent the company with integrity, consistently demonstrating and upholding its core values and ethical standards.
