Sales Representative | Driver - Johannesburg - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established company based in Johannesburg is looking to employ a Sales Representative to be on the road.

Minimum Requirements:

Own vehicle needed
Valid Code C1 (Code 10) license
Valid PDP license
English literate (Read, Write, Speak)
0 - 2 years working experience as a driver
Good health & physically fit
Sober habits (no prior history of excessive drinking)
Willingness to work long hours/overtime/weekends
Positive attitude
Neat & Responsible
Safety-conscious
Must be able to work with and without supervision
Punctual & good time management skills

Duties:

Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
Load cargo and baggage
Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable
Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill the gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety
Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter
Load and unload the vehicle
Collect payments, document amounts, and offer receipts when necessary
Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports
Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion
