JOB DESCRIPTION

 Sales Representative 

KEY TASKS

• Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Company team members
• Ability to identify problems / opportunities in the market and sell the solutions
• Have a good understanding between value and price
• Uphold and strengthen Company Values and Call to action
• Meet and exceed predefined sales and margin targets.
• Meet and exceed predefined A & B category sales.
• Meet and exceed all Powa Range set Goals.
• Plan and Activate 12 in store training sessions a month to be logged on Repsly
• Plan and Activate 2 Monthly Promos (one weekend and one week day / month).
• Maintain call cycle and customer call rates @ 35 Repsly logged calls a week. Achieve an average of 140 - 145 calls per calendar month.
• Call Cycle to be followed and adhered to.
• Display a sound knowledge and understanding of the company sales process and ensure your planning and activation are aligned to this document.
• Making use of the CRM system Company have put in place to its fullest potential, By logging all required information while carrying out calls.

 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS  

• Minimum 2-3 year B2B sales experience
• A high school matric qualification
• Valid vehicle licence and own vehicle
• Good understanding and working knowledge of excel, outlook and word.
• Have high levels of determination and motivation
• Display a positive solutions based mindset
• Good analytical skills – strengths, weaknesses and trends
• Strong communications skills – written and verbal
• High EQ and self esteem
• Good Organizational and planning skills
• Strong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skills
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• Take care in maintaining your personal appearance and hygiene
