Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales-Oriented Assistant to support our commercial sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in security technology, B2B sales, and client relationship management

Requirements

• Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or Technology advantageous)
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, B2B sales, or a technical sales environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Computer literate (MS Office; CRM systems advantageous)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Valid driver’s license, own transport

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives in managing client accounts
• Assist with lead qualification, prospecting, and client follow-ups
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation for integrated security solutions
• Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate system specifications
• Assist with site assessments, surveys, and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and client records
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
• Support order processing, contract administration, and project handovers
• Assist with after-sales support, service coordination, and contract renewals
