Sales Order Internal Administrator Required for Multi Award Winning Manufacturing Concern. Syspro Secures. Immediate opening.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12
8-10 yearsâ€™ administrative and customer service experience working on Syspro
Proficiency on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience with Syspro data capturing
Experience in telephone customer care
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills
Preferably from the Northern Suburbs
Preferably own transport
Excellent telephone etiquette

Key performance areas and indicators:

Receive, confirm and process orders on Syspro
Print picking slips for Warehouse
Provide admin support to sales manager and sales team
Control back orders
Perform month end functions and report compilation
Provide telephonic support
Support with new business development where required
Do telesales to select customers
