JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a leading Financial Services business with a national footprint, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager for their Cape Town Head office. Suitable candidates must be energetic, talented, and strategically focussed individuals that have at least 5 years’ experience in a SaaS company. The primary function of the role is sales process optimization, i.e., ensuring the Sales team closes deals quicker and more efficiently. You will oversee the sales pipeline, handle Performance Management reporting and analysis & facilitate product, sales, and CRM training. The role is operations focussed and involves work with CRM and Lead Management platforms (Sales force/Hubspot/Suite or similar) to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
