Our client, a prestigious and well established wood paneling, furniture and retail display fabrication company, seeks to employ a professional, dynamic and results driven Sales manager to head up their sales and customer service division in Cape Town.

Key requirements to meet in order to be considered:

You will have a tertiary qualification in Sales or Business Management, coupled with 10 years experience in a Sales Management role, where you focus has been in new business development and management of a diverse team of sales and service staff, preferably in a related industry.
You will have a proven track record in designing and implementing a competitive sales strategy, increasing turnover, and margins, as well as mentoring and developing the sales team to provide exemplary service to customers.
You must be a lead by example manager, have finely honed negotiation skills and be able to problem solve effectively.
The role will suit a creative and "out of the box" thinker/implementer and a goal orientated professional
You will have your own reliable vehicle, a clear criminal and credit record, coupled with a list of contactable reference
