JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Telecoms industry is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team of roughly 30 individuals. Suitable candidates should have at least 8 years managerial experience & capable of achieving growth and increased revenue through implementation of appropriate sales strategies.

Key responsibilities:
- People Management - motivate & drive the sales team
- Employee on-boarding/ training
- Dealer Administration Management
- Networking & Relationship Development
- Reporting on current & new business
- Managing company resources (vehicles & equipment)
