Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 1–2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
Solid understanding of software development principles, SaaS models, and digital solution selling.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
