Well known Property management company is looking for a strategic sales manager to head up their sales team

• Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in sales and marketing preferable
• Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) with EAAB

• Minimum 3 to 5 years previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager from the Porperty Management industry
• Understanding of Sales process, Bond origination process and transfer and registration process as well as Flisp/Subsidy Process

• Establish sales division / department
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Implement a sales and marketing strategy and execute thereon
• Implement sales processes and procedures
• Ensure suitable and adequate marketing of properties in conjunction with marketing team
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Managing recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Engage and contract with suitable third party agents where necessary
• Provide regular reports to management on sales and matters related thereto
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Prepare sales analyses and report on operational issues, market trends, competitors, and customer to facilitate overall decision-making on sales and brand management strategy
• Prepare a business plan to identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability for the company.
• Develop listings within suitable accounts directly or indirectly and drive sales activity by evaluating the potential
• Monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyse and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit
• Monitor sales targets and implement effective corrective measures to close gaps and mitigate potential risks of non-achievement.
