POSITION INFO:

Our international client, a developer and supplier of technologically advanced and economically improved chemical products and solutions is currently looking to employ a Sales Manager - Lubricant Additives.

 

Main purpose of the position:

  • Focus on sales of raw material
  • The candidates hired for this position will be working from home and reporting to the head which is based in Dubai.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical skills and use consultative selling methods.
  • Minimum of 10 Years experience
  • Bachelors (Chemical/ Mechanical)
  • Capable of dealing with all types of clients at all levels, being comfortable in high-level negotiations in a competitive environment.
  • Working with an existing client base, you will be expected to grow the portfolio of clients, building solid relationships, make regular visits, and calls to them.
  • As well as technical knowledge, you will have high attention to detail, being able to easily close the deals and work with the logistic team to ensure the on-time delivery of the products to your clients.
  • Your organization and planning skills are essential to your success and achieving your sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • Representation of company Products in a defined area of responsibility
  • Implementing budgets and plans as specified for the designated sales area
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers in industrial target segments and establishment of a structure of medium-sized and major industrial customers
  • Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers
  • Elaborating and implementing strategies/concepts/projects for effective customer acquisition, development and retention (business optimization)
  • Customer and lead management 
  • Handling of tenders including post-processing
  • Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers
  • Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application
  • Strong commitment and reliability Independent mode of operation, very structured and organized approach
  • Ability for self-motivation and time management
  • Fluent in both English and local language written and spoken
