Sales Manager - Food and Beverage Sector

Our client, a leading international food product manufacturing company, seeks to employ a vibrant, energetic and solid leader to join their regional sales team.

Please note that this role is ideally suited to a key account manager, who has experience in retail trading of foods, condiments and related additive products, as well as being able to strategically align marketing and grow market share regionally.

• You will have completed a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, coupled with 5 plus years in managing a regional sales team, redesigning strategy and implementing new processes and procedures, with preference in the food and beverage sector
• You will have worked on a CRM System, be effective in implementing new products, handling trade complaints and requirements and develop solid relationships within small, medium and large group key accounts
• You will be proactive, an “out of the box” thinker, have a proven track record in setting up KPI’s for the sales team, motivate the team and communicate reports and product results to executives
• You will have a solid understanding of operational planning, analyzing of market trends and provide input into problem resolution for key accounts
• You must have a valid driver’s license, contactable work performance reference, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
